Enrollment





In order to enroll in our facility, you will to fill out the Enrollment Interest Form below and we will contact you to schedule a tour with the Director.


During your tour of the facility all aspects of our program will be discussed with you in detail. You will be given an enrollment package which will include medical forms which should be completed and returned a week before your start date, along with a non-refundable $200 registration fee.


Our facility provides full time childcare which includes:

- A Maximum of 9 hours of childcare

- Breakfast Snack

- Lunch

-Afternoon Snack

DISENROLLMENT



Parents are required to notify the directors at Executive Park Learning Center at least 30 days prior to their child's last day if they choose to dis-enroll their child. In the event that such notice is not provided to the directors at EPLC, it will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to pay the remaining balance of tuition up to the 30th day.



Tuition Rates





We offer reasonable monthly tuition rates. Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. During your scheduled tour, you will be provided our current monthly full-time rates along with other information about our program.
